As part of its endeavor to generate employment and income for the poor men and women of Bangladesh, PROSHIKA has set up a good number of agricultural farms throughout the country since 1992. These farms include poultry and dairy farms, hatcheries, nurseries, seed farms, apiculture, roof organic farm, freshwater prawn and carp hatchery, etc. have been brought under a trust named PROSHIKA Integrated Agricultural Farm T rust (PIAFT) on June 2003 and all affairs of the farms are now managed under a board of Trustees.

each other.
Mission
Our mission is to benefit people and improve their quality of life through our quality agricultural
products and to create a positive and sustainable socio-economic change in the lives of the poor
and disadvantaged, particularly women, indigenous peoples through supported by various social
development programs and services.
Objectives:
- To produce table eggs, one-day-old chicks, high yielding varieties of crop and vegetable seeds, fish fries, bee colonies, etc. to increase production in livestock, agriculture, fisheries, and apiculture.
- To market, these produce honey and organic vegetables so that these are available and at a reasonable price.
- The trust may engage in income-generating and profit-making activities, but none of the income and/ or profit shall be distributed to the trustees who shall render voluntary service and in that sense, the trust shall be a non-profit and voluntary organization.
